As a test automation expert, you will set the outlines for our customized automation frameworks. Hereby you take a team of our test automation engineers in tow, sharpen their skills and support their growth. You do all this in close cooperation with our customer and team members.

What we expect from you…
- You find a solid, automated test solution for every business case
- You are communicative and stand your ground in a team of stubborn customers and developers
- Coaching of fellow team members is not a burden but an added value for you
- Agile, TDD, BDD, … these things have no more secrets for you
- You are not afraid of regularly automate testing and reporting to the customer about this in a correct way
- You have knowledge of performance, security, usability and everything related to these topics
- You are always looking for improvements and refleqting about new tools or technologies
Your skills
- You have several years of experience as a test automator
- You have a technical background, preferably also in possession of a technical bachelor or master degree
- A first practical experience in coaching or mentoring of junior colleagues is a plus
- Experience or knowledge in some of the following tools, or equivalent, is a requirement
- Java, Python, PHP
- Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity or other CI/CD servers
- SoapUI, Swagger, Postman
- Appium, Calaba.sh
- Selenium, Cypress
- jMeter, Gattling, Blazemeter
- You have the ideal mix of technical and social skills, or at least close to it
- You are analytical and critical, with an eye for detail
- You are not afraid of taking initiative
- You are customer oriented and do not like to work half done
